Office/Administration Manager - Ramona Vickers
As Office & Administration Manager for Scio Verum, Ramona Vickers is responsible for the management of the organization’s day-to-day operational and logistic functions, finance, charitable activities and affiliate entities including CLUB V.
She has over 20 years of experience in those respective fields and following her education, began a career in the automotive and racing industry. Ramona has previously served as office manager for Race Engine Development, a veteran NASCAR and race engine builder, and worked in various capacities with the World Karting Association. She has also performed various administrative and consulting duties over the past 20 years for respected race industry supplier CV Products, the company she and husband Clyde own. Ramona managed the office, finance and logistic affairs for BLV Motorsports for 5 years before assuming her current position on behalf of Scio Verum in 2003.
Away from racing, Ramona enjoys spending personal time with friends and family, including her two grandsons, boating, her pets and traveling with husband Clyde.

Marketing Director - Don Rohr drohr at

Don Rohr is a native New Yorker and as Scio Verum Marketing Director, manages the company’s press/media functions, supervises team and sponsor licensing, marketing and promotional sponsorship opportunities, web and other activation and fan relations, as well as helping coordinate overall marketing initiatives.
Don is a graduate of The State University of New York at Oswego with a degree in Public Relations and concentration in marketing. During the completion of his studies, Don also served various crew and merchandising roles with the Vans Warped Tour, as well as becoming merchandise and production assistant for band “Simple Plan.” Following graduation, Don became A&R assistant for Atlantic Records and performed project management work for bands including Simple Plan, Uncle Kracker, Click Five and Skindred.
Don was then part of the Virgin Records label as A&R Representative and also consulted with NASCAR driver Carl Edwards on his Back40Records label, before joining Scio Verum.
Don now resides in North Carolina with his wife Denise and enjoys golf, hockey, trips back to NYC, and keeping up with friends who are touring the country.
Motorcoach and Facility Operations
Motorcoach Supervisor – Randal R. Bangert
Scio Verum’s newest team member, Randy is responsible for oversight of the company’s motorcoach, ancillary vehicles and equipment, assisting driver Brian Vickers in addressing various duties throughout race weekends and also coordinates with the rest of the Scio Verum staff on various operational functions for the organization.
Randy earned both his undergraduate Business Administration and Master of Arts degrees from Doane College before embarking on a nearly 30-year law enforcement career as an officer with the Lincoln, Nebraska police department. Randy is a retired Major and has also proudly served a variety of command/staff positions in the U.S. Army Reserve and Nebraska Army National Guard.
He is very active in his local community and serves on various Boards of Directors, when not traveling the country on behalf of Scio Verum, and has also held FAA commercial multi-engine and helicopter pilot licenses.
Randy continues to reside in Lincoln, Nebraska with wife Terri and enjoys a fast-paced, active outdoor lifestyle in his spare time that includes ATV riding.
